If you change your mind about your purchase for any reason whatsoever, just return the item or items to us within 14 days of their receipt for a refund. All we ask is that the purchase is returned to us unworn and in its original condition, complete with its original presentation packaging.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Returns
To return unwanted or faulty items to us for a refund please follow the simple procedure outlined below:
Complete the return form that accompanied your purchase, indicating the reason(s) for returning your item Ð this is to enable us to improve customer service and does not affect your refund in any way. If for any reason you do not have a return form, please email Customer Services requesting a return form and we will send you one.
Replace item in the packaging that it was originally delivered in. If this original packaging is not available, please ensure that the jewellery is suitably protected before returning it.
Post the returning items to the following address Ð Bad Company, PO Box 183, Horsforth, Leeds, LS18 4WD.
Please note that in the event of your returned items not being received by us, no refund can be made. Therefore we strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return items. For items up to a value of £28 we recommend the use of Royal Mail Recorded Deliveryª; for items of a value over £28 we recommend the use of Royal Mail Special Deliveryª.
Once your return has been received, the cost of your purchase will be refunded within five working days. You will be notified by email once the refund transaction has been completed.
Please note that we can only refund the cost of postage if an item is faulty or delivered to you in error.
Cancellations
An order or part of an order can be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch by emailing Customer Services. Please remember to include full details of your order in your email including your order reference number and the items that you wish to cancel. Once dispatched an order cannot be cancelled, but may be returned in accordance with the above returns policy above.
